Kód BMS_a122 nahlásila vo vozidle jednotka „Riadenie trakčnej batérie (BMS)“. Písmeno „a“ uprostred kódu ho radí medzi záznamy typu alert.
Battery Management System — mozog vysokonapäťovej batérie. Stráži napätie jednotlivých článkov, teplotu, izolačný odpor a povolený výkon. Je to najsledovanejšia skupina kódov pri ojazdených vozidlách, pretože sa v nej pozná zdravie batérie. Kódy o izolácii alebo nestabilite článkov patria k tým, ktoré je rozumné dať prezrieť čo najskôr.
Najbežnejší typ. Vozidlo si udalosť zapísalo a mohlo ju zobraziť na displeji. Škála je široká — od drobnosti, ktorá zmizne sama, po vec, ktorú treba riešiť.
Takto je chyba pomenovaná priamo vo firmware vozidla. Pri kódoch bez popisu je to najpresnejšie vodidlo, ktoré existuje — názov sám hovorí, čoho sa udalosť týka.

Odpíšte ho presne, vrátane písmena a čísla. Odfotiť displej je najistejšie — kódy sa často líšia len jednou číslicou a zámena vedie inam.
Časť kódov zmizne po reštarte obrazovky alebo potom, čo vozidlo necháte pár hodín zamknuté. Ak sa kód nevráti, zvyčajne išlo o jednorazový výpadok.
Jednorazový záznam a kód, ktorý naskočí po každej jazde, sú dve rôzne veci. Servisu veľmi pomôže, keď viete, kedy presne sa objavuje.
Airbagy, brzdy, riadenie a vysoké napätie nemá zmysel vyčkávať. Pri ostatných skupinách sa dá počkať, či sa kód vôbec vráti.
Chybové kódy sú len jedna časť obrázka. Pri vozidlách na TesListe vidíte navyše stav batérie stiahnutý priamo z auta a cenovú kalkulačku, ktorá z aktuálnej ponuky spočíta, čo dané auto dnes reálne stojí.
