Order a new Tesla and you can take 2,000 km of free Supercharging with it. All it takes is starting the order through a referral link. The car does not cost a cent more — Tesla pays for the reward.
The link opens the configurator on tesla.com. The referral attaches itself — there is no code to type in.
The referral program pays both sides. You as the buyer get 2,000 km of free Supercharging. I as the referrer get the same. Tesla funds all of it — the price of the car, the financing and the options stay exactly as they were.
The kilometres land in your Tesla account after delivery and are spent automatically. You pull into a Supercharger, charge, and Tesla deducts the distance you drove from the credit. Nothing to activate, nothing to claim.
It takes seconds, and it happens at the start rather than at the end. That is the one thing people get wrong.
Click the button above. Tesla attaches the referral to your session before you configure anything.
Pick the model, paint, wheels, interior. Take your time — the referral stays attached.
Before you pay the order fee, a referral line appears in the order summary. If it is missing, go back through the link and start again.
After handover the kilometres show up in the Tesla app. Expect a few days, not minutes.
This is where most of the disappointment comes from, so here it is straight. In Europe the program has shrunk to two models and to new cars only.
More useful than percentages: 2,000 km covers roughly two runs from Prague to the Adriatic and back, or three to four months of ordinary commuting. In money, at European Supercharger rates, it lands in the low hundreds of euros depending on where and when you charge.
That means it did not attach. Do not finish the order yet — open the referral link again, walk through the configurator from the start and check the summary. Turning off script blockers and avoiding private windows helps.
Officially a referral cannot be added retroactively. It is still worth contacting Tesla support or your advisor straight away, ideally before delivery — sometimes they fix it by hand, but you have no claim to it.
Give it a few days. The credit is granted with a delay after handover and appears in the Tesla app under rewards. If two weeks pass with nothing, contact support quoting your order number.
Straight up: if you order through my link, I get the same 2,000 km you do. I run TesList and this is one of the things that pays for it. It costs you nothing extra, and the reward would be identical through anyone else — so it may as well be through someone who wrote you an honest guide to it.

A fair question, and new is not always the better answer. TesList lists used Teslas with battery health pulled straight from the car — plus a price calculator that works out from live listings what a given car is actually worth today.
Open the configurator through the referral link and 2,000 km of free Supercharging comes with it. One click — and it only works now, right at the start.
